What is this role?

The Community Engagement Intern helps bring our brand to life by engaging with our community across social platforms and customer experience touchpoints. This role focuses on thoughtful, on-brand communication that builds connection, trust, and loyalty with our audience.

What does an average day look like?

A typical day includes engaging with our community across social media and customer touchpoints—responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a way that reflects our brand voice. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure our community feels heard, valued, and supported, while helping shape how our brand shows up in everyday conversations.

Driving Results: Create positive, on-brand interactions that strengthen community engagement
Taking Ownership: Own community interactions from first touch to resolution
Making Decisions: Apply brand voice guidelines to determine the best way to respond
Cultivating Relationships: Build authentic relationships with customers and followers
Instilling Trust: Communicate with transparency, empathy, and consistency
Customer Focus: Ensure every interaction feels human, intentional, and aligned with our values. Help turn everyday conversations into meaningful brand moments

What background should you have?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Strong written communication skills with an understanding of tone and voice

• Comfort engaging in public-facing digital conversations

• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn

• Interest in brand, marketing, communications, or community management
