The Role:

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will drive the operational heartbeat of the Neo Insiders Program. You will be responsible for identifying, activating, and nurturing Neo’s most passionate customers, ensuring our superfans feel seen, valued, and inspired to advocate. You will guide users from being a “promoter” to a “superfan,” fueling the engagement flywheel that lifts NPS, strengthens brand trust, and drives organic acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify & Recruit: Run queries to identify high-engagement users (based on referrals, NPS, and event attendance) and send personalized invitations to welcome them into the Insider community.

• Onboard & Educate: Facilitate 1:1 and group onboarding sessions to set expectations, establish culture, and ensure Insiders understand community norms and opportunities.

• Drive Engagement: Publish regular prompts across Reddit, Discourse, and email to keep the community active, while proactively tagging Insiders to boost visibility on key threads.

• Empower Advocacy: Equip Insiders with the knowledge and stories they need to advocate authentically—without ever feeling like sales agents—while tracking their impact on referrals and brand sentiment.

• Manage Rewards: Execute the reward ledger and "Lego brick" system, ensuring meaningful contributions are recognized in a way that reinforces intrinsic motivation rather than transactional behavior.

• Feedback Loop: Capture insights and patterns from the community to surface critical feedback to our Product, Design, and Marketing teams.

Who we are looking for:

• Community Builder: You have experience in community management, customer engagement, or advocacy programs. You understand the difference between transactional referrals and genuine, intrinsic advocacy.

• Master Communicator: You embody a tone that is human, positive, curious, and trustworthy. You can write compelling copy for emails/forums and lead engaging onboarding sessions.

• Operational Mindset: You are comfortable running queries, tracking engagement metrics (Active Insiders, Referrals), and maintaining organized reward systems.

• Customer Obsessed: You are adept at identifying customer needs and turning feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.

• Relationship Focused: You thrive on building connections and making people feel valued, ensuring every interaction with a Neo Insider is memorable.
