Community and Creator Growth Manager

Mirelo AI is building the next generation of creative tools by generating realistic sound, speech and music from video.

We develop cutting-edge foundational generative AI models that "unmute" silent video content and create custom, hyper-realistic audio for gaming, video platforms, and creators. Our technology empowers global storytellers to transform their content.

We recently closed a $41 million Seed round co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures with participation from Atlantic, and are rapidly expanding across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Growth.

About the Role

Our community of content creators is central to Mirelo's growth, and you'll be our first hire focused on this critical lever. This is a hands-on execution role: you will run day-to-day community operations and creator content and you’ll help us turn learnings into repeatable success. You'll be the voice of Mirelo - building relationships with creators, filmmakers, and game developers while designing the systems and programs that turn users into advocates.

As an early-stage startup, this role offers exceptional breadth and learning opportunities. You'll work on strategic initiatives with our core growth and product team while owning key workstreams that build and sustain our community.

This role is well suited to someone early in their career, or to someone already active in creator or community-driven spaces who wants to take full ownership in a professional, high-growth environment. We strongly prefer candidates who can join us at our Berlin HQ to work directly with the growth team.

What You'll Do

• Community Operations - Own DMs and creator comms end-to-end across our primary channels (e.g. X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). You're the voice of Mirelo.

• Growth Execution - Run regular outreach and activation loops. Ideate strategies to grow and activate our user base. What excites people? Why do they return?

• Build Systems - Create workflows, templates, and processes to scale community operations while maintaining authenticity.

• Design Incentive Programs - Develop ambassador programs, creator spotlights, and loyalty initiatives to reward and engage our most active users.

• Content Creation - Produce engaging content (posts, videos, user showcases) that keeps Mirelo at the forefront of AI video generation conversations.

• Measure & Iterate - Track what drives engagement and retention, identify drop-offs, and continuously refine systems based on data and feedback.

About You

You're genuinely curious about AI and creativity. You're action-oriented, communicate clearly, and understand the platforms our users love.

• Entrepreneurial generalist - Scrappy, independent, excited by variety. "Nothing is below me" attitude.

• Platform native - Fluent in X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord. You understand platform culture and what resonates.

• Organised and proactive - Juggle multiple workflows with urgency and attention to detail. You respond fast.

• Action-oriented - Move quickly, experiment, and learn by doing rather than over-planning.

• Experience-first - Proof matters: you’ve grown or run a community, channel, or creator program before (professionally or as a serious side project) and can point to outcome.

Nice to have

• Basic content production skills (CapCut/Premiere, Figma)

• Comfort doing live sessions

• Strong interest in AI/ML, creator tools, gaming, or video technology

What this role is not:

• A senior growth strategy or paid acquisition role - this is a hands-on individual contributor position.

• A passive community moderation role - you’ll actively drive conversations, outreach, and activation.

• A pure content or social media scheduling job - content exists to serve growth, learning, and retention.

• A role with rigid playbooks or clear answers - you’ll be building systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
