Community Agent ( Hay River & Fort Chipewyan)

Air Tindi is currently looking for a Community Agent.  We pride our self on safety, customer satisfaction and professionalism. While based in Yellowknife NT, Air Tindi has been providing services for over 35 years, across Canada and in many different capacities, including essential schedule services to Northern communities, commercial industries (mining), tourism, government, and community support services.

Fleet: de Havilland Canada Dash-7, de Havilland Canada Twin Otter, Beech King Air 250, de Havilland Canada Turbo Otter, Cessna Caravan.

Air Tindi is looking for Agents in Fort Chipewyan and Hay River.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

Checking passengers in;

Processing payments for flights, cargo;

Answering phone inquiries;

Maintain facility orderliness;

Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

Grade 9 or equivalent, ability to speak an aboriginal language will be considered an asset;

2 years of experience in a customer service field;

Ability to work in a fast paced environment;

Possess a high degree of professionalism;

Demonstrated solid written and oral communication skills;

Ability to develop and maintain positive vendor relationships;

Valid and unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract.
