The opportunity

As Communications Lead at TP Aerospace, you become part of a highly international work environment with a solid group of engaged and dedicated colleagues who are great at what they do and enjoy doing it.

You will be driving our internal and external communications activities. You’ll own our communications agenda, translate strategy into action, and collaborate closely with leaders and teams across the globe. This role gives you significant room to shape our narrative and take proud accountability for making sure our voice is consistent, impactful, and aligned with our commercial and organizational ambitions.

The primary tasks

Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications needs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high standards.

Lead the planning and execution of TP Aerospace’s presence at global industry fairs and conferences - from creative concepts to vendor management and onsite execution.

Drive advertising activities across key industry media, aligning messaging with brand and commercial priorities.

Create fresh, engaging content for our social media and digital channels that strengthens brand visibility and credibility.

Elevate and continuously develop our internal communications platforms, ensuring employees across all our sites stay informed and connected.

Support management with communication materials, including presentations, internal memos, and strategic updates.

Lead communications for external financial reporting, coordinating inputs across the business, ensuring clear messaging, and managing stakeholder alignment.

Contribute to budgeting, track communications effectiveness, and identify opportunities to raise the bar.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Communications Lead who can identify with the following:

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations, or similar.

3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international B2B environment.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Skills and attributes
