What you’ll manage:

As a Presentation Specialist, you will partner closely with executives and cross-functional teams to design high-quality presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact. You’ll take ownership of presentation development from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring every slide aligns with messaging, audience needs, and brand standards.

You’ll be responsible for transforming dense, text-heavy content into visually engaging narratives using thoughtful layout, design, and storytelling techniques. This includes building custom templates, designing infographics and diagrams, and incorporating motion and transitions to elevate the overall experience.

This role requires a balance of creativity, structure, and speed. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executives to understand presentation goals, messaging, and audience expectations
• Design high-impact presentations across PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote
• Transform text-heavy content into clear, engaging visual narratives
• Develop custom templates, infographics, diagrams, charts, and other visual assets
• Implement transitions and animations that enhance storytelling without distracting from content
• Ensure all presentations align with Neostella’s brand standards and visual identity
• Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather content and refine messaging
• Continuously improve presentation quality, structure, and storytelling approaches

Requirements:
• 7+ years of professional experience designing presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) with a portfolio showcasing executive-level work
• Expert-level proficiency in advanced features across PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
