Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detailed‑oriented Communications Coordinator to support product communication to existing customers, team communications, and generally support sales & marketing initiatives (e.g conference and event organization). This is a junior role for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, learning quickly, and contributing to a wide range of projects.

What You’ll Do

Product Communications

Coordinate with the Product Team to gather product information and translate it into easy to understand, customer facing written material.

Support the creation of product sheets, feature summaries, and basic consumer content

Write and edit copy for communication materials, website updates, email campaigns, and internal communications.

Help update website content, product pages, and sales collateral.

Communications Support

Assist with day‑to‑day tasks such as organizing assets, updating content libraries, and coordinating with vendors or freelancers.

Provide general support across digital channels to ensure consistent and accurate information.

Contribute to cross‑team communication projects as needs arise.

Assist internal teams with drafting and distributing announcements and team updates.

General Sales & Marketing Support

Assist with planning and logistics for exhibitions, trade shows, and external events.

Help prepare materials, booth assets, and event supplies.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Strong writing and editing skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams.

Experience with Hubspot is an asset

Proof of education and a minimum of 2 professional references are required.

Communications Degree an asset
