Your role at Hostinger

We're looking for a Communication Projects Manager. In this role, you'll manage integrated communication projects and have plenty of opportunities to grow. You'll be responsible for showcasing Hostinger's unique culture through traditional media, social media channels, and events, as well as building and developing various social responsibility initiatives. In simple terms, you will be a communications professional focusing on spreading the word about Hostinger as an amazing place to work.

Your day-to-day:
• Collaborate across teams to make our communication, targeting current and future employees, stand out in the market and feel authentic

• Create compelling content about our culture and Hostinger as a workplace — from social media posts and press releases to blog posts — and leverage media commentary opportunities to grow brand awareness and engage employees and future talent

• Make sure the right messages, e.g. our AI-driven work culture, full freedom to experiment, reach the right audience.

• Own and grow our social responsibility projects, designing creative initiatives that make a real impact in the community and strengthen our company culture

• Stay ahead of market trends, listen to our audience, and use data and feedback to make our communications sharper and more effective

Your skills and experience:
• 4+ years of experience in communications, PR, or project management — in-house or at an agency

• Proven track record of managing integrated communication projects from strategy to execution

• Hands-on experience with social media management, media relations, and content creation

• Experience with social responsibility/CSR projects or community engagement initiatives is a strong plus

• Strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute with precision and attention to detail

• Creative problem-solver who turns challenges into standout ideas

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong time management

• Data-curious — you use insights and feedback to continuously improve your work

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken

Compensation:
Gross salary starting from 3500-4700 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
