Communication Designer (Visual Storytelling & Learning Design)

We are seeking a Communication Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design and an understanding of instructional design principles to create high-impact visual communication assets.

This role will support client pitches, sales enablement initiatives, and innovation lab showcases by translating complex business content into clear, structured, and visually compelling narratives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts and will involve developing interactive presentation experiences, including those built using Prezi and Intuiface.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design and develop visual storytelling assets for case studies, proposals, and sales presentations
• Create interactive presentation experiences and narrative flows using tools such as Prezi and Intuiface
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand requirements and translate content into effective visual formats
• Participate in client and internal stakeholder discussions to gather inputs, refine briefs, and shape communication approach
• Convert unstructured and content-heavy inputs into clear, concise, and visually engaging deliverables
• Contribute to innovation lab showcases and immersive environments through high-quality visual and interactive assets
• Ensure all outputs are brand-compliant, consistent, and aligned with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 2–4 years of experience in communication design, presentation design, or visual storytelling roles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
• Proven ability to structure content, storyboard narratives, and simplify complex information
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Understanding of basic instructional design principles

• Graduate (B Des, BA Arts, BFA)
• Experience with Prezi and/or Intuiface for interactive presentations
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate
• Exposure to 3D, AR/VR, or immersive storytelling formats
• Experience in developing interactive or experiential communication assets
