Job Description
We are seeking to hire a highly skilled visual storyteller with significant experience providing day-to-day support for presentation production, with an emphasis on PowerPoint. This person will focus on creating business presentations and decks for the Citi Ventures team, including senior executives.
As lead visual communicator and storyteller, this position will support multiple groups within the Citi Ventures team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for listening and telling stories visually. Individual must be organized and self-motivated, comfortable in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and able to effortlessly manage multiple projects at once.

Tasks and Responsibilities
„h Collaborate with content stakeholders and subject matter experts to conceptualize and execute compelling visual stories for team presentations and other marketing collateral
„h Work closely with senior leadership to produce powerful narratives through visual design elements and copywriting
„h Create both internal and external PPT presentations from the ground up, including meeting decks with business charts, graphs and visuals as well as presentation slides for keynote speeches.
„h Responsible for production timelines and design budgets
„h Lead design standards and practices across team touch points
„h Website content adjustments and tracking web analytics
„h Assist with photo and video shoots and manage media assets
„h Event production support and the opportunity to wear many hats

Skills and Experience

„h Ability to simplify complex ideas into visually compelling designs to tell a story
„h Highly experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint
„h Understanding of video and web tools a plus: Premier, Muse, HTML/CSS
„h Able to work in a PC environment
„h Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills a plus
„h Creative problem solver
„h 5 years of experience, must show graphic and presentation samples
Supervision/Reporting
This position reports directly to the Director Marketing & Communications at Citi Ventures

Education/Experience

5 years of experience in design direction, demonstrated storytelling skills, content creation/editing, and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel may be associated with this position.

Location & Hours

Citi Ventures currently is located in Palo Alto and is planning to open a second office in San Francisco (Embarcadero/Ferry Building) in 2Q16. This position will be based in San Francisco, and candidates must already reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. No relocation provided.
The normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (40 hours a week). However when assisting on events or large projects there will be occasions that weekend and evening work will be required.
