We are seeking a Communication Designer capable of delivering clarity, consistency, and impactful visuals across a diverse array of brand and marketing communications.

This role extends beyond just social media design. The individual will contribute to campaigns, digital communications, presentations, website materials, email campaigns, and other brand-related assets. The ideal candidate possesses strong design fundamentals, sharp visual judgment, and the ability to work within an established brand framework while bringing creativity and proactive ideas to the role.

Requirements:
What You Will Do

• Create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, digital advertisements, presentations, and various other communication channels
• Interpret and apply brand guidelines to deliver clear, platform-specific design solutions
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content teams, and internal stakeholders to visually realize concepts
• Develop communications, layouts, infographics, and other communication materials that strike a balance between speed and quality
• Handle multiple design projects concurrently and consistently meet deadlines amid shifting priorities
• Provide reliable support for daily campaign and branding needs with strong ownership and prompt responsiveness
• Bring forward creative ideas and innovative thinking beyond just executing production tasks

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in communication design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual communication principles
• Capability to work within established brand frameworks and apply them consistently across different formats
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and efficiency without sacrificing design quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive under fast-paced workflows and adapt maturely to changing priorities
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to ask insightful questions and take responsibility for results

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience in presentation design, campaign design, and data-driven visual communication
• Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) principles
• Background in motion graphics or animation
