We are seeking a creative and strategic Communication Design Lead to drive visual storytelling and brand communication across digital and offline platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design direction of marketing, branding, and communication initiatives while ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the visual design strategy across marketing campaigns, brand communications, and digital platforms
• Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that align with brand identity and communication goals
• Develop engaging visual assets for digital media, social platforms, presentations, and marketing materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and communication channels
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept development to final execution
• Guide and mentor junior designers while maintaining high creative and quality standards
• Create visual frameworks and design guidelines to ensure cohesive brand communication
• Work on typography, color systems, layouts, and visual storytelling to enhance brand impact
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and creative technologies to improve design output
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to strengthen marketing campaigns
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in communication design, graphic design, or visual design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, branding, and visual storytelling expertise
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both digital and print communication channels
• Ability to translate marketing and brand strategies into visually compelling designs
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills within creative projects
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product teams
• Ability to lead design initiatives while mentoring junior designers
