Communication Center Representative

C&L Ward is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Communication Center Representative to help grow our installed sales and service businesses. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating leads, setting appointments, and creating positive client experiences from the very first conversation. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with the general public

Experience in the home improvement industry

Proficient computer and phone skills

Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads until appointments are set

Confirm appointments with prospects

Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments

Assist Design Center visitors, demonstrate products, and guide to appropriate sales channels

Schedule in-home consultations

Maintain Design Center appearance

Record prospect information accurately

Schedule appointments efficiently

Meet or exceed lead generation targets

Perform other related duties as assigned

Ability to travel to Okemos and Davison design centers

Working Conditions:

Work primarily in an office environment

Minimal physical effort required

The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Team members are scheduled within those hours of operation.

Travel to other design centers (Davison & Okemos)

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or GED)

College courses in marketing, communications, or business preferred

Commute Requirement:

Must be able to commute to the Okemos and Davison design centers regularly.
