We are looking for a Comms & Marketing Intern (Estagiário/a Comms & MKTG) to support the end-to-end execution of Osigu’s internal and external communication and marketing strategies. This role is primarily focused on Brazil, while also collaborating with the global team to support initiatives across regions based on priorities.
This position offers hands-on experience in content creation, communications, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-growing healthtech company.
🎯 Role Purpose
Support the planning, creation, and execution of Osigu’s communication and marketing initiatives, contributing to brand positioning, internal alignment, and external visibility across Brazil and other regions.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
📢 Content creation & communications
Support planning and creation of LinkedIn content, with guidance and review from the Comms & Marketing team.
Research industry trends, sector news, and benchmarks to support content development.
Draft and edit press releases in Portuguese and English.
Assist in drafting and adapting internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
📈 Marketing & sales enablement support
Assist in drafting or adapting communication materials for leads, including sales decks, email marketing content, and LinkedIn ads.
Support the preparation of materials for customer training sessions and product releases.
🎪 Events & campaigns support
Support internal and external event activities, including logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
Assist with supplier coordination, including budget collection, scheduling, and materials management.
📂 Internal communication & organization
Support internal communication channels and preparation of presentations and internal messages.
Organize documents and track communication and marketing requests from internal teams.
Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external newsletters.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Strong research and writing skills.
Excellent written communication in Portuguese and English.
Experience creating and editing graphic and audiovisual content.
Advanced English.
Spanish (nice to have).
Experience in event management and social media (especially LinkedIn) is a plus.
Technical & Functional Skills
Content creation and digital communication skills.
Social media and digital media proficiency.
Experience with design and editing tools such as Figma.
Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.
