This role sits within the FP&A team with a primary focus on sales commission reporting, analysis, and payout validation, with significant opportunities to grow
into broader financial planning and analysis work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to deepen their analytical skills within a
collaborative finance organization. While the core responsibilities center on compensation and commission analytics, this position will progressively support
forecasting, reporting, and planning activities that provide visibility into overall business performance.

What you will be responsible for:

Sales Compensation & Commission Analytics (Primary Focus)

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to design, distribute and maintain commission plans.

• Ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.

• Perform recurring, timely commission calculations, reporting and analysis, including validating payouts, reviewing plan compliance, and identifying trends or discrepancies.

• Support modeling for commission forecasting, scenario analysis, and compensation plan updates.

• Maintain and improve processes, documentation, and tools related to compensation and commission workflows.

Financial Planning & Analysis (Growth Opportunities)

• Assist in preparing monthly internal reporting packages and supporting materials for the Executive Leadership Team.

• Support the monthly and quarterly close processes by gathering data, validating results, and preparing variance analyses.

• Help identify risks and opportunities in financial results and summarize findings for senior team members.

• Provide cross-departmental support through data requests, simple analytical reports, and stakeholder communication.

• Assist in developing financial projections for planning cycles, including the Annual Operating Plan.

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Help maintain accurate departmental structures and reporting hierarchies within financial systems.

• Support ad hoc reporting needs, including vendor-level and headcount-related analysis.

• Participate in building or enhancing financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and support automation.

Required Skills:

•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

•
1–2 years of experience in financial analysis

•
Proficiency with Excel and basic familiarity with other Microsoft Office products.

•
Exposure to forecasting or budgeting tools preferred (Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus but not required).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in developing financial modeling capabilities.
