What you’ll do:
• Manage the calculation, validation, and payment of monthly sales commissions and incentive bonuses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Build smart commission workflows and reporting processes, collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT partners.
• Prepare, analyze, and present a variety of commission reports, offering valuable insights into compensation plan performance.
• Respond to commission-related questions and issues, researching solutions and fostering clear communication.
• Safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with Ivanti’s policies, standards, and procedures.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, adapting to our expanding business needs.
• Help shape a positive, cross-functional team culture dedicated to continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
• Experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or related field (1+ years preferred, internships and coursework welcome).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with commission software or financial systems is a plus.
• Effective communicator who builds relationships easily and asks thoughtful questions.
• Adaptability to shifting deadlines and multiple projects, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
• Team player who embraces collaboration—across departments and cultures.
• Bonus points: Experience in a global company, knowledge of compensation analysis, multilingual skills, or relevant certifications.
