We are hiring an experienced COMMISSIONING MANAGER for our reputed Company in Saudi Arabia.
š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā Lead and manage end-to-end testing & commissioning of Solar PV plants (utility-scale preferred)
ā Oversee grid synchronization activities in coordination with utility authorities
ā Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
ā Conduct performance testing, validation, and acceptance procedures
ā Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases
ā Coordinate with engineering, construction, and O&M teams for seamless execution
ā Review and approve commissioning procedures, reports, and documentation
ā Manage commissioning schedules, resources, and subcontractors
ā Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality standards
š¹ Required Skills & Expertise:
ā Strong experience in Solar PV commissioning projects (utility-scale preferred)
ā Proficiency in ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, and SCADA systems
ā In-depth understanding of grid compliance, protection systems & power system studies
ā Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
ā Strong leadership and team management capabilities
ā Ability to handle multi-disciplinary coordination in a fast-paced environment
ā Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
