Breakfast at Mobius features fresh artisanal breads and pastries, charcuterie, fine cheeses, and hot dishes, which then transition into all-day antipasti and tapas selections. Lunch and dinner showcase a vibrant blend of modern Australian and Asian cuisines, including a live wok station and signature open grill. At Mobius Bar & Grill, we think global and cook local, using only regionally sourced ingredients.

Our Head Chef, Ben, is currently seeking a talented Commis / Demi Chef to join the team and create exceptional, mouth-watering dishes. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for a full-time role.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with recipes and presentation standards
• Working across hot sections, including grill and pans
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
• Supporting kitchen operations and assisting senior chefs
• Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef
• Experience in grill and pan sections
• Passion for food with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
