Placé sous les ordres du chef; des seconds et des chefs de partie, vous serez en charge de tous types de travaux en cuisine. En tant que Commis de cuisine, vous êtes un ambassadeur de la prestation de luxe offerte à notre clientèle. Vos missions quotidiennes seront les suivantes :

• Mise en place de votre poste ainsi que la préparation préliminaire des produits
• Participez au dressage des assiettes selon les fiches techniques
• Assurer le bon fonctionnement du service en respectant les standards
• Parfaite maitrise des normes sanitaires et usage en termes d'aliments

• Expérience : Vous avez un diplôme en cuisine et/ou d’une école Hôtelière équivalent et vous justifiez d'une expérience d' un an sur un poste similaire.
• Personnalité : Connaissances de la culture gastronomique, rigueur, dynamisme et un bon esprit d'équipe sont les principales qualités recherchées pour ce poste.
• Langues : Doit parler, lire et écrire le français.
• Disponibilité : Dès que possible. Pas de possibilité de logement.
