• Assist in preparing all food for breakfast, lunch and dinners maintain food quality and service in accordance with standardised company recipes and procedures.

 

• Maintains good housekeeping practices in all walk-in boxes, walk-in freezer, and dry goods storeroom.

 

• Ensure that food displays are attractive.

 

• Picks up store items as requested by the supervisor

 

• Cleans and cuts all kind of food for production use

 

• Assists the Chef de Partie in the production of food and prepares such according to recipes used by the company

 

• Maintains top quality freshness.

 

• Begins advance preparation for next day and for the next shift.

 

• Follows proper portion control for all items.

 

• Maintains clean and orderly work areas and keeps strict hygiene regulation.

 

• Regularly reports all needed maintenance to the Sous Chef.

 

• Attends all associate meeting and trainings.

 

• Expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Management which he is capable of performing.

 

• Is well groomed and takes care of personal hygiene
