Commercial Swimming Pool Field Technician (Orlando & Tampa))

As a Pool Cleaning Technician, will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of swimming pools and related equipment. This position involves a variety of tasks to maintain clean, safe, and well-balanced pool water. Experience is preferred, but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are willing to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.

Test water quality and report findings to ensure proper chemical balance and sanitation.

Adjust chemical levels as needed to maintain water balance and sanitation standards.

Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of pool equipment.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment.

Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds as necessary.

Available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.

Must pass a background check

Bilingual is a Plus

Shifts: Multiple shifts are available based on assignments and applicant preferences, such as 8 am to 4 pm or 4:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Availability: Weekend availability is preferred.
