• Support the Development of Commercial Plans: Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive commercial plans that align with company profit and loss (P&L) objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, fostering teamwork and effective communication.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Owning and regularly monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics against predefined targets, identifying areas for improvement.
• Utilize Analytics: Assist in leveraging analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making, contributing to data-driven insights.
• Sales Process Enhancement: Work closely with the sales and business units to improve sales processes and enhance funnel efficiency.
• Product Process Enhancement: Work closely with the product team to improve product efficiency.
• Lead Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with performance marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to contribute to the development of a lead acquisition strategy for Nawy Partners.
• Alignment of Partners’ Acquisition & Lead Generation: Ensure integration and alignment between partners’ acquisition and lead generation, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Market Analysis: Continuously assess market needs and competition to identify and align new business opportunities with organizational goals.
Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to support the development of initiatives that contribute to overall profitability.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as commercial strategy, marketing, or business analysis, is preferred.
