Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in metal fabrication and be proficient in various fabrication techniques. This role involves interpreting blueprints, operating machinery, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. The Fabricator will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings to determine specifications and materials required for projects.

Fabricate Aluminum Storefront, Curtainwall, and Aluminum Storefront doors.

Operate equipment, including Chop Saw, Punch Press, and various hand tools to fabricate metal components for commercial windows and doors.

Utilize power tools and machinery such as press brake machines for shaping metal parts.

Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards throughout the fabrication process.

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Experience

Proven experience in Storefront Window and Door fabrication is mandatory.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings is essential.

Experience operating fork lifts and other heavy machinery is a plus.

Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to fabrication processes is desirable.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
