Job Summary: As a Roofing Service Foreman, you’ll lead preventative maintenance, damage assessments, leak detection, and high‑quality roof repairs. You’ll oversee project completion, train and support your crew, and provide informed recommendations to clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

What we are seeking
· *REQUIRED** Driver’s License with a good driving record
· 4+ Years experience in Commercial Roofing- experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and/or metal roofs
· Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control, communication
· Able to train and mentor new employees
· Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
· Respond to emergency roof leaks or roof-related issues in a timely manner
· Perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (i.e. leak, tear, clog)
· Repair or replace single and/or four-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric.
· This position requires candidates to gain access to prisons, schools, and other federal jobsites. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a job-related background check in accordance with applicable laws.
