Job Summary: Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)

Daily Responsibilities

• Install commercial roofing systems and other roofing components (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)

• Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required

• Use fall-protection equipment and wear PPE to work safely from heights

• Work at various jobsites throughout the year as needed

Requirements

• ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME TO APPLY!!!

• Experience with commercial roofing is ideal but not required

• Has reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Pass a background check and drug test to work on federal/government buildings

• Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work from heights

• Comfortable working outdoors, year-round on a construction site

• Able to lift and carry heavy material throughout the day

• Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policies

Schedule

• Monday-Friday- Full-time. Occasional Saturdays

• Start date: 5/18/2026
