General Responsibilities

Required but not limited to:

Framing (including both metal and wood)

Hang and finish drywall.

Replace ceiling tile and grid.

Paint interior drywall, door frames, doors and trim.

Carpentry skills to install backing

Ability to set door frames, hang doors and install door hardware

Capable of hot patching and minor repairs

Removal and replacement of cabinetry expedience helpful but not required.

Position will require nights and weekend working hours occasionally.

Knowledge in OSHA safety regulations

Must be able to work individually and as a team player.

Must have a valid driver license and pass a third party background test

Position will require some overnight travel.
