You will be involved in the following activities

• Support to the Quality function, including complaint handling, Product Quality Review (PQR) analysis, and tender request management.

• Assistance in managing temperature excursions of incoming products as well as products from the production site.

• Support in handling product and service complaints.

• Participation in conference calls and internal meetings.

• Preparation of Excel reports, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations.

About you

• Master’s degree in Scientific field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.)

• Fluent English (level C1)

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Accuracy, passion for excellence and organizational skills

• Good communication and teamwork
