1. Be responsible for direct material commercial purchasing activities in XIP, which includes Electronics and mechanical components.

2. Lead annual price negotiation of assigned commodity groups to meet the saving targets at both plant and commodity level.

3. Lead and follow up purchasing projects, e.g. second source project, supplier development project. Support other purchasing project, e.g. cost saving project.

4. Maintain strong cross-functional working relationships with internal departments and plants in order to implement design changes, quality improvement initiatives, part number reduction and cost reduction.

5. Daily purchasing info maintain; monthly purchasing activities report analysis.

6.Work with purchasing team to solve daily issues (Delivery, Quality, etc) in supply process

1.Minimum 3~5 years of purchasing experience in Electronics industry;

2.Bachelor degree major in mechanical or engineering;

3.Good communication skill & interpersonal skill;

4.Electronics technical background

5.Proficiency in English;

6.Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests;

7.Good team player and networker;

8.Ability to work under pressure;
