Your expertise with commercial policies and the Ezlynx system will ensure accurate management and processing of insurance policies, leading to improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Ezlynx platform to manage commercial insurance policies, including quoting, binding, and servicing.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and features of the Ezlynx software.
• Assist in integrating Ezlynx functionalities to streamline insurance workflows and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address policy management and processing inquiries.
• Stay informed about updates and enhancements to the Ezlynx platform and communicate relevant changes to the team.
• Analyze data within the Ezlynx system to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies during policy processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns related to commercial policies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Ezlynx user or within a similar role in the insurance industry.
