Commercial Ops Manager - Playbook

The Manager of Playbook Operations is responsible for ensuring accurate end-to-end tracking for Playbook revenue and product data. This role supports the product by executing tracking, compliance, and operational setup across internal systems and teams

Key responsibilities

● Procure and manage tracking links in partnership with Affiliate Operations; configure trackers through BAM, and CORE in collaboration with Playbook developers

● Maintain accurate documentation of trackers across Google Sheets and Scrape2L to support BI mapping and Tableau reporting

● Serve as the point person between the Playbook business teams and BI - owning those crucial processes

● Partner with BAM developers to ensure compliance requirements and geo-targeting are properly implemented

● Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, Influencer Marketing, Data Analytics, Compliance, Commercial, and Affiliate Operations teams to help facilitate

● Participate in weekly Playbook meetings to track progress and execute against launch timelines

Scope & ownership

● Individual contributor role with the ability to grow into a broader Ops role for the right candidate

● Executes operational direction provided by the Playbook team to ensure tracking, compliance, and data readiness align with product strategy

Qualifications

● Strong attention to detail and comfort managing operational workflows

● Experience or familiarity with tracking links, tag management, or marketing ops preferred

● Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

● Comfortable managing documentation and supporting data-driven decision making

● Experience in the sports betting industry strongly preferred
