Job Description

The Commercial Manager – DACH Region will be responsible for leading business development and revenue growth across the region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited to a commercially driven professional with a proven track record in hard sales, partnership development, and client onboarding within iGaming, cybersecurity, SaaS, or digital technology sectors.

You will own the full commercial cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to onboarding and long-term account development while contributing to broader regional expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the DACH market
• Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships with iGaming operators, platforms, and key industry stakeholders
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding
• Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to ensure smooth client integration
• Develop and execute regional market penetration strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy
• Contribute to the long-term development of the DACH commercial function


Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in hard sales or business development, ideally within iGaming, cybersecurity, SaaS, or digital technology sectors

Strong understanding of the DACH commercial and regulatory landscape

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and successfully onboarding clients

Experience selling B2B technology or security solutions is highly desirable

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment

Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Fluent German (mandatory) and strong professional English

Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required
