Key Responsibilities

Digital & E-commerce Dominance (Primary Focus)

• E-Marketplace Strategy: Drive aggressive growth across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop by optimizing store performance, traffic and conversion rates.
• Social Commerce: Lead TikTok Shop and social selling initiatives, aligning closely with KOL/KOC activities to convert viral content into revenue.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor digital P&L, ROAS and CPAS to ensure marketing investments deliver profitable returns.

Strategic Collaboration (Brand & LEAP Teams)

• Brand Alignment: Partner closely with the Brand Team to ensure all commercial promotions and digital storefronts align with brand guidelines and luxury positioning.
• LEAP Team Integration: Collaborate with the LEAP Team on supply chain, logistics, and operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience and strong fulfillment performance.
• Omnichannel Sync: Align online and offline campaigns to avoid channel conflict while maintaining a consistent premium brand image.

Advanced Analysis & Inventory Health

• Data-Driven Demand Planning: Leverage e-commerce trends and historical data to drive accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Smart Stock Allocation: Optimize inventory across retail and e-commerce channels to minimize stockouts and reduce aging inventory.
• Profitability Analysis: Partner with Brand Managers and stakeholders to analyze P&L and provide actionable insights for business optimization.

Digital Brand Launchpad

• Commercial Roadmap: Develop digital-first launch strategies for new brands, ensuring strong visibility across key online platforms.
• Execution Excellence: Oversee end-to-end launch execution, including stock readiness and optimized marketing assets.


Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in digital e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with Brand Marketing and Operations (LEAP) teams to drive aligned business outcomes.
• Analytical Capability: Proven ability to manage P&L, analyze complex data sets (e.g., AOV, CLV, conversion rates) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Agility & Mindset: Possesses a growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to move quickly, solve problems under pressure and adapt to the fast-evolving Vietnam digital landscape.
