Job Title:  Commercial Loan Servicing /CLS / ACBS Specialist 
Remote position - no travel required
Key Responsibilities: 
• Oversee commercial loan servicing applications.
• Manage application changes, upgrades, integrations, and conversions.
• Maintain deep expertise in assigned applications.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team (BSAs, System Analysts, etc.).
• Plan and monitor technical resources and project delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and projects.
• Partner with Operations and business lines on process optimization.
• Manage BAU production support and vendor relationships.
• Define, track, and improve SLAs and KPIs using data analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert for process improvements.
• Communicate system/process changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Experience:
•  Strong background with core banking applications.
•  8+ years leading banking application teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent experience with data/statistical analysis
• A deep subject‑matter expert in Commercial Loan Servicing, with strong hands-on experience supporting and maintaining commercial loan servicing platforms—especially the CLS/ACBS platform.
Hands-on support experience with major commercial loan servicing systems, including:
• AFS (Automated Financial Systems)
• CLS / ACBS
• Aspire
• Stucky
• DataScan

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage complex, critical programs.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong meeting facilitation and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Skilled in data interpretation and summarizing large datasets.
• Understanding of bank systems/applications.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• No formal managerial background required.
