An established insurance agency is looking for a driven Commercial Lines Producer to join their growing team. This is a primarily remote role with occasional in-office collaboration, offering the flexibility to build your book while still staying connected to a supportive team.
This is a true hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and taking ownership of their success.
💼 What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow a commercial lines book of business
Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and agency-generated leads
Build and manage client relationships from initial outreach through bind and renewal
Complete applications accurately and thoroughly
Partner with account managers and underwriters to craft customized proposals
Stay relationship-focused post-bind while account managers handle servicing
Document all interactions and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools
Utilize Nexsure (Dyad) for policy and account management (training provided)
Attend team meetings in-office 3–4 times per month

5+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Proven success with cold calling and lead generation
True “hunter” mentality with a track record of building new business
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
