Role Overview
The Intern role supports the team by handling repetitive and project-based tasks, freeing colleagues to focus on complex, value-added work. It provides a practical learning platform where interns gain exposure to company processes, tools, and culture. Positioned as an entry-level role across departments, it builds a pipeline of future talent for junior individual contributor positions.
What we expect from you / the position to perform
• Owns execution of routine administrative or project-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Leads small, clearly defined workstreams or task segments within temporary projects under supervision.
• Partners with team members to complete delegated activities and contribute to smooth workflow.
• Provides input to project documentation, reports, or process improvement ideas based on daily task experience.
• Supports the department by taking on repetitive or time-consuming agenda, freeing colleagues to focus on complex, value-added work.
• Receives updates from the direct supervisor or assigned buddy to stay aligned on priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
What we look for/ what we require
• Education & Experience: Currently studying or recently graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s); no prior work experience required, but willingness to learn fast is essential.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong learning agility, attention to detail, proactive attitude, teamwork, and interest in technology-driven solutions.
• Languages & Technical Knowledge: English mandatory; tech-savvy mindset (e.g., comfortable with digital tools, AI basics, or “tech geek” curiosity)
