Job Duties:

• Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment

• Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment

• Measure air flow and adjust to design specifications

• Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily

Job Requirements:

• HVAC, HVAC/R skill set desired

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems

• Ability to read commercial wiring schematics

• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools

• Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU)

• Use of ladders for roof access

Salary: Base salary from $75k and up depending on experience, plus monthly bonus based upon productivity and profits.
