What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role owns the day-to-day success of the Service Department.
You’ll:
Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and support staff
Take ownership of the department’s financial performance (P&L)
Oversee scheduling, dispatch, billing, and customer experience
Improve job flow, efficiency, and quality of work
Track performance using clear, practical metrics and act on them
Spot problems early and fix root causes, not just symptoms
This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability and real influence.
