Job Description:
In this position, you'll manage and optimize our credit, risk, and collections processes across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with sales, customer service, and finance colleagues to ensure timely collections, accurate invoicing, and insightful reporting. This is a great opportunity to contribute to Trackman’s growth and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities Include:
• Building and developing the credit, risk, and collections function, including processes, policies, and best practices
• Managing global accounts receivable operations and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing
• Assessing customer credit risk and establishing credit limits and terms in line with company policy
• Monitoring aging reports and proactively driving collections across markets
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline and improve billing and collections workflows
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Preparing monthly AR and collections reports, and supporting internal management and external audits
• Acting as a key contributor to system improvements and digital transformation initiatives within finance
