We are seeking a proactive Commercial Fencing Sales Representative to drive business growth in Albany, NY. This full-time role focuses on cultivating relationships with commercial clients, managing accounts, and supporting projects from initial contact through contract award. As a Commercial Fencing Sales Representative, you will identify new opportunities, maintain active client accounts, and ensure projects move smoothly from lead generation to signed contract. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, and project stakeholders in Albany, NY
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential and commercial fencing projects
• Support estimating teams by providing project information, pricing data, and scope review
• Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate project requirements and prepare accurate proposals
• Follow up on leads, bids, and active opportunities to drive contract awards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and project details
Requirements:
• Experience in construction sales, fencing sales, or B2B sales roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple leads, prospects, and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable reviewing pricing, proposals, and technical project details
