Commercial Fencing Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Fencing Sales Representative to join our team in Guilderland, New York. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000–$80,000 (market-adjusted 10% increase) plus commission and performance-based incentives. In this role, you will cultivate new business, manage active commercial accounts, and ensure projects move seamlessly from lead generation to contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and project stakeholders in Guilderland, NY.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential and commercial fencing projects.
• Support estimating teams with project details, pricing information, and scope review.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
• Follow up on leads, bids, and active opportunities to secure contract awards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and project information.

Requirements:
