About Street Group
Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.
Legal support has become a genuine growth lever for us. As enterprise deals grow in size and complexity, the speed and consistency with which we negotiate contracts directly affect our revenue velocity. Weâve relied on external counsel until now, but weâre ready to bring that capability in-house.
This is a newly created, embedded part-time role - 3 days a week - for a commercially minded solicitor who understands the SaaS world. Youâll have real impact from day one: unblocking deals, building the legal infrastructure weâll rely on for years, and working closely with the founders and sales leadership.
What You'll Do
⢠Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer contracts, supplier agreements, and NDAs
⢠Maintain and update our T&Cs, Data Processing Agreements, and privacy policies
⢠Build and own a contract playbook and clause library that Sales can use independently
⢠Provide day-to-day legal guidance to the Sales and Operations teams, particularly on commercial risk trade-offs
⢠Support enterprise client onboarding and contract processes
⢠Manage external counsel relationships for specialist matters (corporate, disputes, complex IP)
⢠Help shape our legal risk appetite as we scale
Who We're Looking For
⢠Youâre a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5â8 PQE in commercial or technology law
⢠You have solid experience with SaaS agreements, enterprise contracts, and GDPR/UK GDPR compliance
⢠A practical, commercial mindset - you know when to hold firm and when to get the deal done
⢠Youâre comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment with limited hand-holding
⢠Youâre a strong communicator who can translate legal risk into plain language for non-lawyers
Bonus Points
⢠Previous in-house experience at a tech or SaaS company
⢠Hands-on experience building contract templates and playbooks from scratch
⢠Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and buying-side contract positions
Why Join Us?
⢠A role with genuine commercial impact - you wonât be a support function here
⢠Direct access to the Co-Founders and leadership team
⢠Flexibility: 3 days a week, hybrid working from our Manchester office
⢠A team that takes legal seriously and has already committed to building this function
⢠Competitive pro-rata salary with scope to grow the role as we scale
⢠Guilt-Free R&R - £1000 towards a holiday after your first year with the team (we'll even cover the tax!)
⢠Joining a culture that supports your development and encourages growth
⢠£500 yearly L&D budget for your career development
⢠Your birthday on us - we pay, you stay away
⢠âGive something backâ - 2 paid days volunteering on us
⢠Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay
⢠Mental health & well-being support via Health Assured
⢠Regular well-being initiatives
⢠Flexible working hours
⢠Public transport season ticket loans
⢠Paid menopause leave
⢠Holiday buying scheme
⢠Joining a new team in an exciting business with huge ambition
⢠Be a part of something bigger - everyone in our team is passionate about improving the entire property industry! It's a huge goal, but it motivates us to do better every single day
⢠A chance to work on cutting-edge technology
⢠Comfortable, relaxed office space - office dogs welcome!

A note on using AI in your job application
As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process.
