This full-time role combines preconstruction estimating expertise with hands-on project leadership, ensuring commercial construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate excels in electrical estimating, has proficiency with McCormick software, and can oversee multiple active construction sites while collaborating with subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates using McCormick software and analyze project drawings to determine scope and risks
• Lead project execution in Winston-Salem, managing budgets, schedules, and field operations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery
• Conduct site inspections to verify alignment between estimates, field activities, and project objectives
• Manage change orders, cost tracking, and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams regarding project status
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across all projects

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Estimator with proficiency in McCormick software
