Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, submittals, AIA pay apps
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
Lead project meetings and maintain clear client communication
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
