Job Description

We’re hiring a Commercial Construction Estimator to support pricing, takeoffs, and bid preparation for commercial construction projects. This role focuses on accuracy, document review, and coordination with project teams.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Support bid preparation and pricing strategy
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate estimating documentation and records

Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Experience estimating commercial construction projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Gurnee
