Job Description
The Commercial Back Office Specialist is responsible for the operational supervision of the relationship with the customers of the assigned area. Their responsibilities are: 1) Ensuring the correct and complete management of information, documentation and shipments to/from customers. 2) Interfacing with the internal offices and external contacts involved in the product management process.
1.01 Guarantees the execution of all operational activities aimed at customer management, such as activities related to shipments, customer service and returns management
1.02 Supervises the administrative and accounting procedures relating to transactions with customers (such as the processing of orders and payments)
1.03 Collects and manages data relating to the Sales Campaign
1.04 Maintains constant updates on techniques and regulations related to the markets managed
1.05 Has the responsibility of managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, ..) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel
1.06 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities
• Good analytical skills
• Interest in the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Tableau is considered a plus.
