Responsibilities:

• Prepare prequalification dossiers and manage client portal registrations.

• Coordinate with the Proposal Team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions to clients.

• Maintain and organize commercial documentation, including proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.

• Monitor and track proposal progress, ensuring deadlines are met and all data is accurately recorded in the system.

• Support compliance reviews and assist with internal audits related to commercial processes.

Qualifications required:

• Must be a UAE National with a Family Book.

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proficient command of both oral and written English.
