Job Description
Why Aisle?
Aisle is redefining how enterprises secure their software with an AI agent for autonomous vulnerability remediation. Vulnerabilities are the #1 root cause of cyber incidents, yet most organizations take weeks or months to patch what attackers exploit in days. We’re changing that.
Our mission is to protect democratic societies from the most sophisticated cyberattacks. We do that by giving organizations - including those operating critical infrastructure - the power to harden their systems and resolve security issues at superhuman speed and scale. Backed by world-class founders and advisors, we’re creating a new category in cybersecurity at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise resilience.
We’re a small, talent-dense team spread across the US, Europe, and Israel. We value high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you want to work with world-class minds in AI and security, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care about solving one of the toughest challenges in tech, Aisle is the place for you.
What we're looking for
• 5+ years in a role spanning analytics engineering / BI / data engineering with strong exposure to GTM and commercial data (pipeline, CRM, attribution, ARR metrics).
• Proven ability to build data infrastructure: pipelines, modeling, governance, and self-serve BI.
• Strong SQL and data modeling; comfort owning instrumentation requirements with Product/Engineering.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment on definitions.
• Practical experience using modern BI/data tooling and leveraging AI-assisted analytics workflows.
• Nice to have: Experience with PLG/PLS motions
• Bonus points with Security/devtools/SaaS experience where product telemetry is central to GTM.
• Familiarity with common modern stacks (warehouse + transformation + BI + reverse ETL) and AI in data
What you’ll do
• Data foundation & pipelines
• Design and implement the core commercial data model across CRM, product telemetry, marketing, and finance/billing.
• Build reliable pipelines and ensure data quality, identity resolution and governance.
• Establish a scalable structure for definitions, naming, documentation, and access (self-serve)
• PLG instrumentation
• Define and implement product + intent events required for PLG measurement (activation, time-to-value, engagement).
• Build and maintain PQL/PQA scoring logic and operationalize it into GTM workflows (alerts, routing, enrichment, lifecycle stages).
• Ensure product signals are usable in CRM for AEs and Growth (not just dashboards).
• Insights & pattern detection (GTM analyst side)
• Translate data into actions: surface patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Partner with Head of Growth on experiment design and measurement (activation funnels, PoV journey improvements).
• Support Finance with consistent ARR metrics, forecasting inputs, and board-ready reporting.
Reporting & collaboration
• Reports to: Head of Growth (primary), with a strong dotted-line partnership to Finance.
• Close partners: Product/Engineering (telemetry + instrumentation), Sales (routing + CRM hygiene)
