The Commercial Aggregate Scale Assistant is responsible for scaling functions at weigh stations to maintain daily ticket records and MSHA logs.

• Perform scaling function and generate hand-written tickets if necessary. Download tickets and maintain ticket tally sheet for daily submittal.
• Interface with customers, truck drivers and other personnel in a professional manner.
What it takes:
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to work in and out of a pit and quarry work environment
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee may occasional lift more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to travel & work overnight.
