Overview

We are a general incorporated association established at the end of 2024 to promote the social implementation of AI robots through the development of foundation models. With an investment of 20.5 billion yen from NEDO by 2029, our goal is to complete the development of the foundation model and expand it globally.

我々はAIロボットの社会実装を目指し、基盤モデルの開発を行うため2024年末に発足した一般社団法人でございます。

2029年までにNEDOから205億の投資を受け、基盤モデルを作り上げ、世界に展開していくことを目標としております。

Background of Recruitment

In order to promote the global adoption of our foundation model, gaining worldwide recognition is essential. Both in academia and business, we need to enhance our visibility and establish our credibility. To this end, we are seeking a Public Relations Manager who will take a central role in driving all PR-related activities, particularly international communications, to position and spread our foundation model globally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR activities and communication strategies for domestic companies.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for overseas expansion, collaboration with international companies, and strengthening global presence.
• Support business development with overseas companies through English-language communication.
• Plan and execute events for the overseas talent dispatch program scheduled to begin in 2026, including coordinating with travel agencies and other partners.
• Lead the PR team and handle administrative tasks such as reporting to the board of directors.

• 国内企業向けのPR活動やコミュニケーションプランの策定・実行
• 海外進出・海外企業の連携・海外でのプレゼンス向上に向けたコミュニケーションプランの策定・実行
• 海外企業への英語での営業活動のサポート
• 2026年以降に実施する海外への人材派遣事業のイベントプランニングと実行（派遣実務の調整のため旅行代理店などとやり取りいただく）
• 広報チームのリード及び理事会への報告など事務局運営に関わる業務

Requirements:
All of the following qualifications apply:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications at a company with an IT background
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role

• リーダーもしくはマネージャーとして取り組まれた3年以上の経験

Language Skills

• Japanese (native level)
• English (business level or above)

While remote work is possible, this role is primarily expected to be office-based.

Most of our engineers and researchers also work on-site, conducting research and development directly in front of the robots.

●Our Office

We currently operate out of a spacious office and research facility of over 1,000 m² located in the Ryutsu Center area. In this space, our business teams and engineering teams work in close collaboration, advancing both day-to-day operations and R&D with AI robots always close at hand. The facility is frequently visited not only by members of the AI Robot Association, but also by engineers and researchers from partner companies and representatives from member companies. As a result, it serves as a hub where diverse experts at the forefront of AI and robotics gather and interact.
