Columbus Region - Client Transportation Driver (Day Shift)

Position Summary

The Transportation Driver supports client access to care by providing safe, reliable transportation using a company vehicle. This role is based in Columbus and includes day trips to New Day Recovery in Niles, OH for scheduled client transport.

More than just driving, this position focuses on delivering a respectful, consistent, and supportive experience while upholding safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Full-time | Day shift | Company vehicle provided 

Responsibilities:

Provide a client-first mentality, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and compassion in all interactions.

Safely operate a company vehicle to transport clients to and from approved destinations while ensuring their well-being in accordance with company policies and traffic regulations.

Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and other required transportation documentation.

Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and clients to coordinate schedules and respond to transportation needs.

Adhere to company confidentiality standards, safeguarding client information at all times.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age.

Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Possess a Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (MVR check required) for approval by the company’s insurance carrier.

Skills & Abilities

Able to effectively utilize smartphone GPS technology.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Able to maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Pay will be BOE.
